DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling is a modern treatment designed to ease muscular pain. Its popularity is growing.
During dry needling, a practitioner inserts several filiform needles into your skin. Filiform needles are fine, short, stainless steel needles that don’t inject fluid into the body. That’s why the term “dry” is used.
Ramon is our in-house Dry Needling Practitioner who combines soft tissue work with this modality for enhanced results.

Ramon, Chelsea, and Melissa each have over 14 years in the Health & Wellness Industry and genuinely care about the wellbeing of clients.

Chelsea is our in house Master Reiki Practitioner and has been practicing Reiki for over 14 years. Chelsea's most popular treatment is the Energy Body Balance, a combination of Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy & Remedial Massage Techniques to address physical pain concerns, clear and cleanse blocked energy points to encourage energy release and bringing balance, clarity and calm to clients on a physical, spiritual, mental & emotional level.
Our Meditation Groups aim to promote wellness and harmony across physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions. Led by Chelsea, our sessions are non-religious and encompass various meditation techniques tailored to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
